31200 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the 31200 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully before using our services. By registering or using this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026 | Version: 2.0
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using the 31200 platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other digital channel — you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.
31200 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
This platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. Users who register an account by providing false information about their age may be subject to action including account closure and payment rejection.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
To use the full services on the 31200 platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.
Information required during registration includes your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid phone number. Users may be asked to submit identification documents for identity verification (KYC) purposes before any withdrawal is processed.
Account Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login credentials. 31200 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is entirely your responsibility.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you are required to notify 31200 immediately via our support email. We recommend that users create strong, unique passwords and avoid reusing the same password across other platforms.
User Conduct
Users are prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful activity, misrepresenting information, harassing other users, or attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities in the platform. Violations of these rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension.
Payment & Transaction Information
Deposits & Payment Methods
All transactions on the 31200 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Boost, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local Malaysian internet banking. The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be charged by third parties.
Deposits are typically credited to the user's account within the stipulated timeframe depending on the chosen method. 31200 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors. Users are advised to contact customer support if a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as the account holder. 31200 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests that do not meet identity verification requirements may be delayed or rejected.
Any attempt to transfer funds to a third party or use unauthorised payment methods may result in account freezing and further investigation. 31200 reserves the right to withhold payments suspected of fraudulent activity until the investigation is concluded.
Transaction Accuracy
Users are responsible for ensuring all transaction details are accurate before confirming any payment. 31200 is not liable for any losses resulting from input errors made by the user.
Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension and Closure
31200 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close the account of any user who violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or is found to be using the platform in a manner that harms other users or the platform's reputation. Users will be notified via their registered email when such action is taken, except where doing so may compromise an ongoing investigation.
In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any remaining credit balance in the account may not be refunded to the user, depending on the nature of the violation. 31200's decision in such matters is final.
Limitation of Liability
31200 does not guarantee that its services will be available without interruption at all times. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from service disruptions, technical failures, or any issues beyond our control, including third-party internet network outages.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software found on the 31200 platform are the exclusive property of 31200 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or using any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 31200.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms, and Applicable Law
Third-Party Links
The 31200 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for the convenience of users. The presence of such links does not imply that 31200 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. Users access third-party links at their own risk and are advised to read the respective third-party terms separately before using their services.
Changes to These Terms
31200 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. Users who continue to use the platform after any changes are published are deemed to have accepted those changes. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the mechanisms prescribed by applicable Malaysian law. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any claims or disputes relating to the use of the 31200 platform.
If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions still in force.
